I am Director & Creative Director Jonathan Wu a.k.a. "JWu."  

I have had the unique good fortune of working alongside some of the world's best artists to create stories and visual experiences for the world's top brands. As a result, I've been a key part of projects that have been recognized by the Grammys, D&AD, ADC, VMAs, and more -- and tallied more than 1 billion YouTube views.  

With over 10 years of professional experience in the entertainment industry to some of the most notable clients, I have created influential solutions that inspire pop culture today. My passion is to move viewers with innovative projects that effortlessly combine visuals and storytelling, in commercials, music videos, short films, installation, and interactive experiences.

My role has grown from front-line Designer and Art Director, to Creative Director, to taking on increasingly central Directing roles in conceptual development, production, and strategic approaches. I often combine -- and jump between -- those skill sets as I strive toward the core goal of sharing evocative, funny, or beautiful stories that elegantly convey a message. 

My goals are simple:  to expand my horizons, elevate my work, and to continue to be a part of great creative teams in making memorable experiences. Not to mention finding the best chocolate chip cookies in town.
